OVERVIEW: Focuses on customers' expectations, prevents problems, and strives for continuous improvement resulting in satisfactory results for customers, other employees, and the company.

OVERVIEW: Participates in long-range planning, and directs and coordinates the implementation of project plans for developing and expanding facilities, product offerings, and services.  Works to ensure that projects are completed within established time frames and budgetary parameters.

OVERVIEW: Supervises manufacturing and marketing operations, related support activities, systems application, administration, and personnel.

OVERVIEW: Provides analytical management assistance by planning, coordinating, and directing programs, and conducting surveys, studies, and special projects.  Conducts appropriate administrative and budget research and analyses and provides recommendations.  Also performs analytical work requiring knowledge of administrative principles and analytical practices.
