GINA - Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act

 

1. Does GINA apply to group health plans with fewer than two participants?

 

GINA applies to all group health plans, even those plans that have fewer than two participants who are current employees for any plan year.  It also applies to retiree-only group health plans.
